  9. LICENCE AGREEMENT
  10. By downloading and/or using the Neat Image standalone for Mac
  11. software (called "Neat Image" hereunder in this agreement) you indicate
  12. that you accept this license agreement. If you are unable or unwilling
  13. to accept this license agreement then you may not use Neat Image and
  14. must return and/or destroy all copies of Neat Image in your possession.

  16. YOU MAY
  17. - Use the Demo edition of Neat Image free of charge for non-commercial
  18.   purposes only.
  19.  
  20. - Copy and distribute the Demo edition of Neat Image.
  21.  
  22. - Run the Home or Pro edition of Neat Image on one (or more, up to the
  23.   number specified in your license) computer (computers) at a time for
  24.   commercial and other purposes provided you are a registered user and
  25.   you have a valid license for the corresponding edition of Neat Image.

  27. YOU MAY NOT
  28. - Sublicense, rent, lease and sell any version or edition of Neat Image
  29.   or any portion of it including the license data without the explicit
  30.   written permission from the Neat Image team, ABSoft.

  32. - Copy, share and distribute the Home and Pro edition of Neat Image or
  33.   any portion of it including the license data without the explicit
  34.   written permission from the Neat Image team, ABSoft.
  35.  
  36. - Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, modify, clone and emulate
  37.   any version or edition of Neat Image or any portion of it including
  38.   the license data.

  40. - Use the Home and Pro edition of Neat Image if you are not registered
  41.   user.

  43. TERM AND TERMINATION
  44. If you are a registered user of the Home or Pro edition of Neat Image
  45. and you have purchased a license for a certain major version and edition
  46. of Neat Image then you may use this major version (including all minor
  47. updates of the same major version) and edition of the software without
  48. time limitations provided you observe this license agreement.

  50. A license for a certain major version of Neat Image may be extended to
  51. a higher major version. By decision of the Neat Image team, ABSoft,
  52. this extension may be automatic and free or may involve an upgrade fee.
  53.  
  54. You may terminate this license agreement at any time by returning or
  55. destroying all copies of Neat Image in your possession and notifying
  56. the Neat Image team.
  57.  
  58. This license agreement will terminate immediately if you infringe upon
  59. the Neat Image team, ABSoft's copyrights or breach this agreement.
  60. Copyright infringement or breaching this agreement may also result in
  61. criminal or civil prosecution.

  63. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
  64. The authors make no warranty or representation, either express or implied,
  65. with respect to this software, its quality, accuracy, merchantability,
  66. or fitness for a particular purpose. This software is provided "as is",
  67. and you, its user, assume the entire risk as to its quality and accuracy.

  69. DISTRIBUTION
  70. The Demo edition of Neat Image may be distributed unmodified provided
  71. any charge is to cover distribution costs only. The Demo edition of
  72. Neat Image may be placed on magazine discs as long as the Neat Image
  73. team is informed.
